(Attleboro, MA)  --  A judge in Massachusetts is giving prosecutors more time to gather evidence for a probable cause hearing in the murder case against former NFL tight end Aaron Hernandez.  The judge ruled in favor of a prosecution request for a continuance today as a grand jury continues to review new evidence in the case.  The defense team strongly objected to delay, saying the defendant sits in a solitary cell after the Commonwealth previously said it had a "slam dunk case."  Hernandez is due back in court on August 22nd.  He previously pleaded not guilty to weapons and murder charges.
