Rob Gronkowski Leaves Patriots Game With Concussion

The Patriots were able to win the AFC Championship Game despite missing one of their best offensive players for the entire second half.  New England tight end Rob Gronkowski suffered a concussion when he was hit by Jaguars safety Barry Church during the second quarter.  Church was flagged for an unnecessary roughness penalty.

Gronkowski had one catch for 21 yards on three targets before exiting the victory.
