How You Eat Important As What You Eat For Weight Loss

Losing weight might be easier if you focus as much on how you eat as what you eat.  A new study out of Japan suggests eating habits can play a critical role in weight loss.  What that means is people who eat meals slowly and stay away from nighttime snacking are better able to shed pounds.  

Researchers say it also helps to make sure at least a couple of hours have passed after dinner before going to bed.
