(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Senator Heidi Heitkamp is apologizing after a weekend newspaper ad that had false information. The advertisement had an open letter to Heitkamp's Republican opponent Kevin Cramer that contained comments he's allegedly made about sexual assault. Heitkamp says this morning that she has discovered some of the names of survivors of abuse listed were false. She also says her campaign wasn't authorized to use some of the names they listed.
